A proposed addition or an existing structure may extend beyond a permitted building line or another development parameter. We begin by checking the relevant controls and identifying what planning approval may be needed.
Check both the scheme and the title
A zoning scheme building line and a restrictive title condition are separate controls. A departure under the scheme does not automatically amend the title deed. We identify whether additional applications and conveyancing input are needed.
